John Harchelroad joined the LEMOINE Program Services team in early 2022, bringing four decades of industry expertise. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with some of Birmingham’s largest commercial general contractors, gaining extensive experience across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and other key market sectors.
As a vital member of LEMOINE, John leads program management efforts, oversees operations, and ensures quality assurance while serving on the Management Team. His deep industry knowledge allows him to meticulously oversee every aspect of program execution, ensuring excellence at every stage.
John’s diverse background spans program management, project management, and field operations—experience that has positioned him to successfully lead major projects, including the landmark $440 million Benjamin Russell Hospital for Children in Birmingham, Alabama. Regardless of a project’s scale, John remains steadfast in his commitment to precision, excellence, and upholding LEMOINE’s core values.
