Jack Darnall, President
Driven by a passion for building, Jack Darnall has dedicated four decades to the construction industry. Jack has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors of commercial, industrial, and healthcare building, serving as executive, strategist, and partner with the nation’s top contracting firms. Recently, Jack launched our program management group, LEMOINE Program Services, an all-inclusive service line alongside longtime personal friend and industry peer leader, Lenny Lemoine.
LEMOINE Program Services has the capability to provide a full range of services, including planning, execution, and delivery. Program Services deliberately interconnects to LEMOINE’s other service lines: Building Construction, Infrastructure, Disaster Services, and Grants Management, leveraging strengths and resources of other in-house disciplines.
As President of LEMOINE Program Services, Jack is responsible for the oversight of all operations, providing overall guidance to key leaders. Jack gained invaluable experience as long-time Executive Vice President of Brasfield & Gorrie, one of the top 25 contractors in the nation as ranked by Engineering News Record’s “Top 400 Contractors.” Serving at Brasfield & Gorrie for 36 years, Jack provided oversight of preconstruction, business development, and marketing operations. He served in numerous roles, including Regional President over the company’s Birmingham and Nashville operations, as well as Division Manager for the healthcare division. As a member of the Executive Board, Jack helped lead the company through strategic planning and growth activities, expanding the firm’s growth from $2.2 billion to $4 billion.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His civic service and community involvement include participation in Leadership Alabama and Leadership Birmingham, the Forever Wild Land Trust Board (2020 – present), Executive Ambassador to the 2022 World Games, Business Council of Alabama, and Progress PAC Board, among others.
