Before joining LEMOINE, Lee built extensive industry experience across commercial building, aviation, capital projects, critical facilities, and heavy civil infrastructure, managing projects and programs valued at up to $1.55 billion. Serving primarily as a project and construction manager, he oversaw the daily operations of complex and unique developments, ensuring seamless execution.
