Steve Haney

Steve Haney joined LEMOINE Program Services in 2023, bringing over four decades of industry experience, particularly in construction estimating. His expertise spans nearly every market sector, with a strong focus on healthcare. Steve has maintained a long-standing professional relationship and friendship with Jack Darnall, President of Program Services, dating back to the early 1990s.
As part of the LEMOINE Management Team, Steve plays a key role in operations and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of excellence. His commitment to client satisfaction aligns seamlessly with LEMOINE’s reputation for quality and service.

Before joining LEMOINE, Steve spent nearly 20 years at Brasfield & Gorrie, one of the nation’s top 25 contractors as ranked by Engineering News-Record’s “Top 400 Contractors.” As Vice President and Preconstruction Director, he led the Birmingham Office Estimating Group of over 20 team members, represented the preconstruction division at the Corporate Executive Team level, and spearheaded training programs and preconstruction initiatives.

Following his tenure at Brasfield & Gorrie, Steve joined Auburn University’s Facilities Management Office, where he later served as Executive Director of Construction Management. In this role, he led a team of 15 professionals and oversaw projects ranging from $50,000 to $120 million, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality outcomes across the university’s capital initiatives.
